As we experience the purchase of some new ingredients like most locals who go to the leek market early in the morning, we will introduce our guests to unique unique ingredients and spices in this lesser known part of the world. Then we go to a completely Iranian kitchen that is ready to cook one of the most delicious Iranian dishes of the season with rich and fresh food.
When the aroma of delicious food permeates the kitchen, we sit down to discuss and exchange experiences about the history of food and the different regions of Iran that use this food, and we gather for a big Iranian party.
