SHORT BRIEF
A green area between the Alborz Mountains and the Caspian Sea with very rich vegetation due to its privileged climate, the Hyrcanian vegetation area like a green belt, the southern margin of the Caspian Sea and the northern profile of the Alborz mountain range. This vegetation area contains many plant species due to soil fertility, temperature changes and multiple rainfall.
The forests of this area, as an intact and healthy generation, have formed a belt of deciduous trees of the third geological period. These forests, which are called moderate deciduous forests, have high environmental and economic values and are considered as world natural heritage.
Iranian quality rice, tea, kiwi and many citrus fruits are produced in this region
